1ï¸â£ 1ï¸â£ 1ï¸â£ Junior/Senior Profile: R&D Software Engineer 1ï¸â£ 1ï¸â£ 1ï¸â£
The main responsibility of this position is to contribute to the design and development of quantum software libraries and modules as required by the project.
You will work throughout each stage of the software development process, and tackle complex technical challenges.
Qualifications:â MSc in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/or a related subjectâ Experience with traditional programming languages (C++ and Python)â Experience with network simulators (e.g., NS-3, NS-2, OMNeT)â Excellent analytical and coding skills
For the senior position, besides the above qualification requirements, a PhD degree in a related subject is mandatory.
2ï¸â£2ï¸â£2ï¸â£ Junior/Senior Profile: R&D Quantum Network Engineer 2ï¸â£2ï¸â£2ï¸â£
The main responsibility of this position is to contribute to the design and the developments of quantum protocols and functionalities as required by the project.
As a quantum network engineer, you will be part of an interdisciplinary R&D team, working together to design, implement and deploy the protocols.
You will work throughout each stage of the protocol design process, and tackle complex technical challenges.
Qualifications:â MSc in Telecommunications Engineering/Computer Engineering/or a related subjectâ Experience and background in one or multiple of the following subjects: i) Telecommunication networks, ii) Optical and fibre communications, iii) Network architectures, management and control, iv) quantum communications and networksâ Nice to have: coding skills in traditional high-level languages (Python) and/or experience with network simulators
For the senior position besides the above qualification requirements, a PhD degree in a related subject is mandatory.
