As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and experienced end-to-end recruiter who can shape and refine our hiring strategies. This role is anything but ordinary. The positions you’ll be hiring for range in seniority, many of them in cutting-edge deep-tech fields, meaning you’ll need to quickly understand complex ideas and translate them into relevant hiring strategies.

If you’re a proactive recruiter who thrives on ownership, strategy, and creative sourcing, this role is for you. You should be comfortable managing the full hiring process independently, advising hiring managers, and adapting to complex deep-tech roles. You should be a strong communicator with a growth mindset, able to build talent pipelines beyond traditional channels, and willing to work onsite with flexibility for home office days.
This won’t be the right fit if you rely on rigid hiring processes, prefer high- volume recruiting with minimal stakeholder interaction, or avoid complexity. If you wait for applications rather than actively sourcing or need a structured HR team to operate effectively, this role may not be the best match.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the recruitment journey: Manage the full-cycle hiring process for diverse and highly specialized roles, from first contact to first day, ensuring a high standard of candidate and hiring manager experience at each touch point.
- Lead and refine the recruitment strategy: Partner with senior leaders and the Head of HR to design and execute hiring strategies that align with business goals and future growth.
- Source exceptional talent creatively: Build and maintain talent pipelines using innovative approaches, including direct sourcing, university partnerships, industry events, and unconventional channels.
- Develop our employer brand: Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen eleQtron’s employer brand and make us a go-to destination for top talent in the competitive deep-tech space.
- Optimize recruitment processes: Continuously improve recruitment workflows, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor: Understand team needs, challenge assumptions, and provide insights to help define and refine hiring strategies.
- Act as a cultural ambassador: Represent and amplify eleQtron’s values, fostering a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration through every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with impact: At least 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in environments where you’ve hired for technical or complex roles. Experience as a sole recruiter or a large-scope contributor is highly valued.
- Ownership and initiative: A proven ability to work independently, take full ownership of recruitment initiatives, our systems and implement best practices.
- Talent sourcing expertise: Skilled in building and maintaining candidate pipelines, with a creative approach to uncovering exceptional talent.
- Strong stakeholder management: Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, leadership, and team members.
- Growth mindset: A curiosity to learn, adapt, and experiment with new tools and methods to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Cultural ambassador: A natural ability to connect with diverse teams and foster trust, ensuring alignment with eleQtron’s values and culture.
