We are seeking a highly motivated Funding Strategy Intern to join our Strategic Finance Team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work alongside the CFO and the Funding Strategy team in driving external capital raising, strategic partnerships, and investor engagement. The intern will play a critical role in shaping Multiverse Computing’s financial and growth strategy, engaging with top enterprises & investors, and building high-value partnerships.
Responsibilities
Capital Raising & Investor Engagement:
· Support the development of an end-to-end equity story for venture capital and growth equity fundraising.
· Conduct market research and investor mapping to identify top-tier VCs, growth funds, sovereign investors, and strategic backers.
· Assist in preparing investor materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and data room documentation.
Growth Strategy:
· Support the execution of joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
· Conduct due diligence and prepare propositions on potential partnerships with strategic investors, sovereigns and key ecosystem players.
· Analyze competitive landscapes and assess the commercial viability of potential partnerships.
Hyperscaler Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
· Work with hyperscalers, and enterprise AI partners to drive corporate collaborations.
· Assist in structuring high-impact partnerships that align with Multiverse Computing’s growth trajectory.
· Monitor emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and enterprise software to inform investment decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for AI & Quantum-Inspired Technologies – You’re excited about LLMs, AI, optimization, and next-gen computing
- Strong Analytical & Financial Skills – Background and a prior internship in finance, consulting, VC, investment banking, or corporate strategy is a plus.
- Final-year student or recent graduate from a leading university (MSc, PhD, MBA preferred).
- Outstanding Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to distill complex ideas into compelling investor narratives.
- Entrepreneurial & Strategic Mindset – Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
Location: Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
