About the role:
As a Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll be at the core of our marketing efforts—managing the website, collecting and analyzing data as well as coordinating various projects and events. You will also get your hands on researching our competitors which will help shape our brand presence within the industry. Lastly, your operational support and research will inform strategic decisions, driving awareness and engagement with our brand.

Responsibilities:- Website management: Ensure the website remains updated with accurate content, and all functionalities are working as intended.
- Data collection: Gather data, and maintain the up-to-date internal and external analytics dashboard.
- Company merch: Brainstorm fresh “swag” ideas, handle production and storage, and make sure everything consistently represents our brand.
- Research markets & competitors: Track competitor campaigns and industry trends to identify potential opportunities.
- Project support: Support various high-impact marketing projects, including: Social media initiatives, Events coordination, Video production and Employer branding, among others.
Requirements:- Currently enrolled in the final year of Business, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics studies or a related field and looking for a 6-month internship.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
- Digital skills: Comfortable with tools such as Excel, CMS, Google Analytics or equivalent.
- Previous experience (Internship or others) or coursework in marketing, market research, or project management (e.g., class projects, internships, volunteer roles).
We're also looking for:- Prior experience in a scale-up/startup environment.
- Some knowledge of SEO and SEA.
- Familiarity with marketing CRM tools.
- A systematic thinker with strong organizational skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Precise, with a focus on accuracy, and high quality standards on what you call a “done” work.
- Team Player: Works well with others, supporting diverse marketing projects.
- Language: Intermediate French
