Your role
As Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) / Senior People & Culture Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a central role along the entire employee lifecycle at Kipu Quantum. Reporting directly to the Lead People & Culture, you will be responsible for shaping and driving forward strategic and operational Human Resources (HR) topics - from recruiting and reporting to development measures for our around 50 employees. You will actively contribute your expertise, develop solutions with vision and play a key role in shaping the further development of our HR structures.
Your responsibilities
- Employee Attraction & Recruitment: Development, implementation and design of strategies to attract talented specialists, primarily in the areas of software development and natural sciences, incl. Implementation of active sourcing measures and execution of job interviews
- KPIs & Reporting: Development and analysis of HR key figures and KPIs, as well as regular reporting to support data-driven strategic decisions
- Team Development: Design and implementation of training and development programs for our employees
- Employer Branding: Strengthening Kipu’s employer brand through targeted communication strategies, in close collaboration with our marketing department
- Onboarding & integration: Ensuring a smooth onboarding of new employees through structured onboarding processes
- Employee retention: Implementing measures to retain talent in the long term and promote a positive corporate culture. This includes, for example, employee surveys or the organization of all-company events
- HR administration: Ensuring and further developing operational HR processes; drawing up employment contracts and reference letters; preparatory payroll accounting in collaboration with an external tax office
Your profile
- Completed studies in HR management, business administration, psychology, physics, IT or comparable qualifications
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in a startup or technology-driven agile environment
- Experience in recruiting and active sourcing of professionals in the fields of natural sciences and software development or related disciplines
- Structured and analytical way of working as well as experience in dealing with HR KPIs, reporting and labor law topics
- Experience in the development and implementation of employer branding and employee development measures
- Experience in Personio, Jira/Confluence and MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and a good feel for people and corporate cultures
- True startup mindset; hands-on, driven, resilient. As we are a young venture, we all must wear different hats and contribute to different aspects of the business
- Excellent command of English and German
