To support our continued expansion, we are looking for an:
HR Business Partner
In this role, you will act as a strategic enabler and trusted advisor to our teams across Switzerland, France, and Belgium. You will work closely with managers to understand business needs and align HR initiatives with company goals. From recruitment and onboarding to talent development and performance culture, you will help shape the employee experience at LIGENTEC while supporting our transition from a research-driven organization to a fully industrialized business.
Tasks
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across all Ligentec entities, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and strategies
- Liaise with external recruiters, staffing agencies, and platforms to optimize sourcing
- Build and improve hiring pipelines for highly technical roles
- Reduce time-to-hire while improving the quality of hire and candidate experience
2. HR Development & Career Framework
- Design and implement a career development framework that supports individual growth and organizational needs
- Work with managers to define clear role expectations, progression paths, and development plans
- Support performance review processes in coordination with leadership
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Support the review and evolution of compensation structures across countries
- Benchmark salary bands and benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Coordinate with Finance for budgeting and strategic alignment
4. HR Collaboration & Group Support
- Act as an HR point of contact across all entities (Switzerland, France, Belgium)
- Collaborate with the administrative HR team for onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Ensure alignment of HR policies and practices across the group
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, including recruitment and HR development
- Experience in an international, fast-paced environment, preferably in tech or deep tech
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and French, any additional language is valuable
Additional considerations:
- Experience working with highly technical roles (e.g., engineering, photonics, or R&D)
- Familiarity with compensation frameworks and career architecture
- Knowledge of Swiss/French/Belgian labor laws
