Your Role as HR AdminAs a valued member of our HR team, your responsibilities will include:
HR Administration and Contract Preparation
Serving as a key contact for our external payroll provider
Managing and maintaining absence records (e.g. vacation, sick leave, other absences)
Administering the internal HR ticketing system and tracking inquiries
Supporting time tracking and working hours administration
Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
Handling general administrative tasks within the HR department
Coordinating and booking business travel
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows
Required ProfileTo thrive in this role, you bring:
Work experience in HR - a degree in HR is an advantage
Completed commercial education
Experience with time tracking and time tracking systems
Interest in HR processes and a solid understanding of administrative workflows
Fluency in English and German
A structured, detail-oriented working style
Strong organisational skills, discretion, and a collaborative mindset
Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with HR tools is a plus

The minimum gross salary for this position is €2,464.50 per month (full-time basis) as defined by the collective agreement. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are open to offering a market-based overpayment.
