- MSc degree with 5+ years of industry experience, or PhD with at least 3 years of industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a PDM key user or PDM administrator.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Structured working style with the ability to develop and manage modular, structured BOMs.
- Proficient in the use of CAD systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and serve as a trainer during PDM system rollout.
- First experience in a leadership role is a strong plus.
Our benefits
- Competitive salary with equity participation.
- 30 days of paid vacation plus public holidays.
- Company-sponsored Wellpass membership.
- Annual learning and development budget.
- Regular off-sites and team events.
Who we are
Founded in 2022 as a spin-off of TU Munich, QD leverages quantum sensors to rapidly capture three-dimensional current maps within multi-layer chips. Our 30-strong team of physicists, engineers, and data scientists works side by side with major semiconductor manufacturers, helping them in chip debugging and accelerating their yield analysis. Backed by top-tier deep tech investors, semiconductor experts, and strategic public programs, we have ensured long-term stability, shifting from breakthrough to scale - and shaping the next chapter in chip testing.
Why join Quantum Diamonds?
Picture this:
- A machine that catches what others miss – in milliseconds.
- Physics, data, and engineering are working hand in hand to build tools that matter.
- An international team, who loves solving hard problems and where knowledge flows fast.
Still unsure about why joining us?- You'll get to build a company together with a brilliant and welcoming team on a product that has never been done before.
- Our technology is the cutting edge of tomorrow, starting today and not in 10 years.
- You will work directly with major semiconductor companies from Day 1.
- You'll get virtual shares and act on behalf of the entire company, beyond just your own team.
- You’ll be part of a high-growth company backed by top-tier investors.
Let’s make the invisible visible! What will you do
- Shaping and implementation of a CAD/PDM system landscape.
- Identify automation potentials in CAD and PDM and implement solutions, e.g. automated creation of drawings.
- Closely collaborate with internal technical departments and external service providers to develop and implement joint solutions, e.g. interface definitions with suppliers and cooperation partners, ensuring seamless work processes.
- Define a BOM structure with a focus on modularization.
- Conduct conceptual work in machine development projects.
- Establish and maintain a partner network to foster sustainable collaboration.
- Prospective formation of a construction/design team and stepping into the role of team lead.
