We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Operations Analyst to support our expanding legal and compliance team for an initial temporary period of 3 months. You will play a vital role in managing data and documents, helping us establish the structured environment necessary for our continued growth. The need has arisen for someone experienced to join us supporting with varied projects helping to enhance the legal teams 'operational efficiency, focused on the regulatory document handling obligations of the legal and team and our contract management handling
The role will involve working collaboratively to implement strategic processes and technology solutions that address the needs of a growing business. This position requires the ability to work across functions and geographies and demonstrate intercultural and emotional competence in a matrixed environment to ensure alignment with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - The Legal Operations Analyst will be responsible for a varied list of tasks assigned by the Lead Legal Operations Lead, including the following:
- Creation, organization and maintenance of templates
- Assisting with the administration of policy updates
- Management of applicable SharePoint site(s)
- Creation and maintenance of Smartsheet workspaces, apps and workflows
- Documentation of workflows and processes (in Visio or similar)
- Documentation of playbooks
- Management of contract data and systems
- Management of legal spend data
- Assisting with law firm relationships
- Assisting with training on contract request submissions
- Directing email traffic to the Legal mailbox
- Identifying new and innovative solutions to existing and arising issues
- Assisting with any other ad hoc tasks or projects which may arise
- Formatting presentations and training materials
Experience Must have:- A business degree or equivalent commercial experience working in a similar role
- 2 + years' experience in a similar operations role
- Advanced Excel skills (i.e., formulas, pivot charts, pivot tables, formatting, etc.)
- Experience in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word) for reporting and project updates.
- Integrity to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to present complex information in an accurate and persuasive manner to all levels of management
- Strong client service orientation and high level of customer focus, independence and initiative
Experience We value:- Experience in improving processes and implementing legal technology projects.
- Knowledge of supporting or coordinating legal or technology projects, ensuring they meet scope and timelines.
- Experience in the rollout of company standards related to Document Management and other key areas including Matter Management, eBilling, Contract Management, and IP Management, Knowledge Management, Infrastructure and Training solutions.
- Working individually and with teams to identify and address process inefficiencies.
- Experience of managing vendor interactions: Assist in communication with vendors and support project budget tracking.
- Knowledge and experience of Utilizing SmartSheets: Helping track project progress and facilitate team collaboration using SmartSheets or similar tools.
- Experience working with vendors to solicit proposals, manage budgets and support a project from its initiation to delivery
- Experience with Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
