For our Munich office, we are looking for a growth marketing manager (f/m/d) in full time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a qualified pipeline for the sales team
- Organize and promote events (trade shows, APS presence, virtual events) to maximize lead capture
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Design and manage lead nurturing programs, including email campaigns, webinars, and gated content
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and improve campaign performance
- Continuously test and improve conversion rates across different campaigns
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing or a comparable role, ideally in a B2B tech, deep-tech, or hardware/equipment industry
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing automation tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Independent, proactive, and well-organized working style
- Open-minded, collaborative personality with a solution-focused approach
