Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Growth Operations & Administrative Support Assistant to support the Growth team across public-sector opportunities, innovation initiatives, and business development activities.
While the initial focus of the role will be on supporting European public tenders and procurement processes, this position is designed to evolve into a cross-functional operational support role, providing administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the broader Growth department (innovation + business development).
Key Responsibilities
Tender & Public Procurement Support
- Identify and monitor relevant public tender opportunities across subscribed portals
- Conduct competitive intelligence related to tenders, including:
- Identifying competing companies, consortia, and joint ventures
- Analyzing bid prices, discounts, and value propositions
- Reviewing evidence and documentation submitted by competitors
- Support post-bid analysis, including:
- Comparison of MVC scores vs. competitors
- Pricing strategies and lessons learned
- Identification of improvement areas for future bids
- Assist with bid preparation and submission, including:
- Generating ESPD and other procurement-related documentation
- Managing document signing workflows and submission logistics
- Assembling and validating required documentation for tender envelopes
Growth Operations & Internal Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Growth team (innovation and business development)
- Maintain and update internal databases related to tenders, competitors, partners, and bids
- Support internal organization and coordination, including:
- Tracking deadlines, deliverables, and documentation across initiatives
- Helping structure internal processes related to Growth activities
- Compile and maintain CVs of technical and business profiles and verify technical certifications
- Support the preparation of internal and external documentation (e.g., proposals, partner materials, internal reports)
• Act as a central point of coordination for documentation and administrative workflows within the Growth department
Required Qualifications
- Dual degree in Business Administration (ADE) and Computer Science / Informatics
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured manner
- Strong written communication skills in a professional environment
