To strengthen our Growth team, we are looking for a Support Technician (f/m/d) who is eager to contribute hands-on to the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our advanced cryogenic systems.
Responsibilities
- You support the operation, repair, and upgrading of our in-house development systems
- You support installations and maintenance at customer sites
- You support the production team in finishing assemblies and systems
- You work closely with engineers to implement new test assemblies and routines
- You build a comprehensive understanding of our systems to anticipate and mitigate faults that might turn up during production or operation
- You perform troubleshooting and fault clearance
Requirements
- You have completed a technical apprenticeship (on-the-job training/Berufsausbildung) or technical degree
- You have an eye for detail and documentation
- You have good oral and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
- You enjoy hands-on work and are willing to travel
