We are seeking a Facilities Project Engineer Intern in our Broomfield, CO,location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement project management solutions to meet the evolving needs of our facilities improvement and footprint projects
- Create and implement change order process from internal stakeholders. Assist in change orders from both internal teams and selected contractors for leadership approval.
- Work alongside current Project Managers, Site Operations Managers, Facilities Technicians and engineers with planning and execution of facility improvement and infrastructure projects.
- Participate in project meetings and document action items, schedules, and key decisions.
- Assist with contractor coordination, site walks, and construction observation activities.
- Develop project dashboards, metrics, and presentations for leadership review.
- Support facility planning efforts, including space utilization, infrastructure upgrades, and capital project development.
- Complete a capstone project and present recommendations and results to site and facilities leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Must be able to participate in an internship prior to completing current degree program
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
WE VALUE:
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong interest in facilities, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project management.
- Familiarity with Project Management principles and frameworks
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Power BI, or related platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to investigate issues and develop practical solutions.

$23 - $27 an hour
Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $23 - $27 per hour. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
