Your responsibilities- As a Member of the company's senior management team, reporting to the CEO, you are the voice of Zurich Instruments customers world-wide.
- Lead and continuously develop Zurich Instruments world-wide sales organization and marketing team (60 people)
- In collaboration with the Product Management Team, define and achieve the yearly sales target of the group, the mid-term forecast and the long-term top-line strategy
- In collaboration with the Product Management Team and with the senior management you ensure an optimal positioning of Zurich Instruments brand and products.
- Lead the world-wide business development and key account management activities
Your profile- You are passionate about sales and obsessed with getting better every day.
- MSc degree in physics, engineering, or related technical field, MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in international sales in test & measurement, science market preferred
- Inclusive sales leader with the ability to inspire and coach a diverse team of creative and highly skilled individuals inside and outside of your reporting line
- Track record in leading leaders and managing a sales organization with a customer-focused approach
- Empathic, creative, persistent, well-structured, and analytical mind with experience in strategy, CRM, and business process development
- Fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus.
