Experimental nanoscience researcher and PhD candidate in Nanoelectronics and Nanotechnology with 6+ years of experience in semiconductor materials, thin films, nanowires and functional oxides. Hands-on experience in nanoscale characterization using AFM, PFM, KPFM and SMIM, together with SEM, XRD, Raman, XPS and optical/electrical characterization. Experienced in cleanroom environments, semiconductor processing, experimental protocol development, equipment operation and troubleshooting, and multidisciplinary research. Currently working on ZnO nanowires for piezoelectric energy harvesting and sensing in collaboration with CROMA, LMGP, LTM and CEA-Leti in Grenoble. International research experience in France, Taiwan and Pakistan, with 10+ peer-reviewed publications.
