As a Growth Channel Partner Management you will:
Develop a comprehensive channel strategy to engage these essential stakeholders through ongoing training, material creation and delivery, and effective communication, ensuring alignment with our marketing and sales objectives.
Identify, select, and build relations with potential partners with the goal to create partnerships as well as manage and monitor partner performance.
Drive new sales generation by crafting and implementing strategic plans to accelerate revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
Commit to excellence in service and a deep understanding of customer needs to achieve Multiverse Computing sales goals. Proactively address client requirements, crafting incentive programs and collaborative strategies to bolster engagement and satisfaction.
Manage pre-sales and post-sales activities including budgeting and quotations, and establish the channels to client support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Coordinate technical support for demonstrations and training sessions where appropriate.
Collect and relay partner feedback to product development and marketing teams, ensuring Multiverse Computing's offerings continue to meet and exceed customer expectations
Collaborate with team members to create clear and compelling written proposals, quotations, and value propositions that effectively address the needs of current and prospective customers, ensuring alignment with sales and product strategies.
Coordinates and organize technical support for demos, PoCs, training, etc.
Take ownership of the onboarding process of the partner, including but not limited to contracts and agreements.
Align to company vision, policies, and strategies.
Required Qualifications
Education: M.Sc./degree in sciences, engineering or similar
+5 years of previous channel partner management and/or business development experience with proven track record of success
Previous Experience in selling software solutions
Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and with other functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM etc.)
Ability to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites.
Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers.
Native English speaking or proficiency in English is mandatory, Spanish is valued.
