Reporting to the Head of People, you will be a strategic people partner, responsible for implementing HR policies, supporting the professional development of our Engineering teams and leading projects that elevate our Talent Solutions function to a new level of excellence.

Responsibilities:Support Employees’ Growth
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of our workforce.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs.
- Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training).
- Nurture and retain our talent.
- Drive initiatives to foster equal opportunity and diversity.
Team & Management Partner
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Support a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee morale and concerns proactively.
- Refine career paths and ensure each role has a clear set of responsibilities.
- Be Alice & Bob’s first culture advocate.
Project Development / HR Analytics
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive and attractive packages for employees.
Requirements:- 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws - France.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (English and French).
- Prior experience in a deep-tech company or scale-up is a plus.
