We are looking for a Junior Web & Visual Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a key role in assisting with web development and ensuring visually compelling across digital and print media.
What will I be doing?
- Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Assist in building and maintaining websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work with CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Use Figma to create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Ensure brand consistency across websites with correct logos, colors, and typography.
- Understand and apply UI/UX principles to digital products.
- Perform regular updates, bug fixes, and optimizations.
- Update website content based on marketing strategies.
- Integrate tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams.
- Provide creative input for marketing campaigns and digital strategies.
What skills do I need?
- 2-3 years of experience in web & graphic development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Desirable skills:
- Video & photo editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
- Experience in CMS platforms.
