In this position, you will
- Act as a key liaison with sales teams to ensure they have the necessary marketing materials, support their needs, track their adoption of materials, and gather feedback for continuous improvement, while also aligning marketing strategy with business objectives in collaboration with growth, product, and R&D teams.
- Manage the creation and distribution of sales enablement content, ensuring sales teams are equipped with up-to-date materials and trained on their effective use.
- Understand the Spanish and European PR landscape and develop compelling materials for these channels in collaboration with an external agency.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for AI-driven SaaS product launches, including sales enablement, persona mapping, and competitive positioning.
- Lead content creation efforts, including LinkedIn posts, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and collateral to drive engagement and product awareness.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, audience-friendly messaging.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine positioning and differentiation.
- Support event marketing, including conferences, summits, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Optimize marketing campaigns targeting industries such as finance, energy, and cybersecurity.
- Track and analyse key marketing KPIs (lead conversion, customer engagement, product adoption) to refine strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Engineering with a strong understanding of marketing (e.g., Master’s degree, dual degree, or relevant coursework).
- Native level Spanish fluency.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, ideally in AI.
- Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts for a business audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in content creation for LinkedIn, blogs, and whitepapers.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, AI, or related fields.
- Prior experience marketing AI-powered SaaS products.
- Understanding of B2B enterprise sales and technical buyer personas.
- Experience in event planning for tech conferences or SaaS industry events.
- Proficiency in SEO, demand generation, and digital growth marketing strategies.
- Experience with design and content tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) for marketing materials.
- Proficiency in German and/or French.
