What You'll Do:
Build and manage strategic partnerships across industry, academia, and government
Develop and maintain a pipeline of collaborative and commercial opportunities
Lead and contribute to funding bids, consortium proposals, and innovation projects
Translate complex technical propositions into clear business cases and value propositions
Represent the organisation at national and international events
Track market trends across quantum computing, advanced computing, and related sectors
What We're Looking For:
Degree (or equivalent experience) in science, engineering, or a technical field
Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or innovation strategy — ideally in deep tech, advanced computing, or R&D environments
Ability to bridge technical and commercial worlds, working effectively with researchers and executives alike
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and bid-writing skills
A genuine interest in emerging technologies and their real-world impact
Hybrid – occasional travel to UK innovation hubs and national events.
Why join?
You’ll be working in one of the UK’s most exciting and strategically important technology domains — helping connect groundbreaking science with real-world opportunity.
