As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will
Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable compute clusters. The ideal candidate combines electronics/hardware expertise with hands-on experience in cluster administration and distributed systems. Responsibilities involve hardware-software integration, infrastructure automation, and technical team mentorship to deliver robust, high-performance solutions.
- Architect, build, and maintain distributed compute clusters using diverse hardware.
- Integrate various hardware components and support deployment pipelines.
- Automate cluster operations including provisioning, monitoring, and upgrades.
- Ensure cluster reliability, security, and performance.
- Mentor team members in cluster management and systems integration.
- Collaborate across hardware and software domains for seamless project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience in designing, deploying, or operating distributed computing clusters
- Strong understanding of computer architecture and hardware-software interaction.
- Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Demonstrated adaptability and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cluster automation, orchestration, or personal hardware projects.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, DevOps practices, and integration of specialised hardware.
