Join the CEO Office at QuantumDiamonds and help lay the foundation for a world-class deep-tech company. As a Working Student in Operations & Growth, your mission is to streamline internal processes and support the ramp-up of our advanced manufacturing facility. You will work directly with our Founders Associate to turn strategy into scalable systems. This role is not about writing strategy decks, it’s about hands-on execution: setting things up, fixing what’s broken, and making processes work.
What is expected of you
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- You are a high achiever who thrives in fast-paced environments
- You are collaborative, humble, and a problem-solver who’s passionate about having impact
- You enjoy taking ownership of hands-on operational tasks and aren’t afraid to solve practical challenges
- You are available for 15–20 hours per week and can work from our Munich office

Founded in 2022 as a spin-off of TU Munich, QD leverages quantum sensors to rapidly capture three-dimensional current maps within multi-layer chips. Our 30-strong team of physicists, engineers, and data scientists works side by side with major semiconductor manufacturers, helping them in chip debugging and accelerating their yield analysis. What will you do
- Support the Founders Associate in launching our new advanced manufacturing facility
- Coordinate the setup of our production site and office, incl. cleanroom systems and critical infrastructure
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, and finance teams to align timelines and priorities
- Solve unglamorous but essential tasks, from ordering to assembling furniture, to keep operations running
- Streamline internal operations by supporting IT, office upgrades, asset tracking, and process documentation
- Keep operational timelines on track and proactively identify bottlenecks
