We are looking for you - a structured person, who in an efficient and effective way can handle customer support cases, customer communication and processes around return goods. You must be keen on details, customer centric and have great skills in cooperation across functions and teams. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for case handling, return orders, sales and purchase orders, sending acknowledgements to customers and creating work orders. Coordinates and communicates on customer queries during the RMA process. Drives, supports and coordinates internal actions relating to returned items. Maintains data and records in relevant systems according to defined processes and procedures. KEY INTERACTIONS With Customers, Tech support, Quality department, Research and Development, Production planning, Sales and Marketing teams. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Relevant degree desirable but a tertiary level education essential. Relevant experience is a higher priority than relevant qualification. Knowledge of import/export procedures incl. incoterms and export control is an advantage. Business Danish and English is required. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Logical and orderly approach to work. Communication skills in particular customer relationship skills. Works collaboratively within the team to ensure internal and external customer relations are upheld. Adaptable and able to follow prescribed procedures. Able to develop and document processes. Danish and English proficiency EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Experienced with customer service, preferably including returns handling. Experience with an MRP or ERP system. Experience of working in an international company. Experience with import/export, export control and incoterms is an advantage. It is a requirement to have a Danish work permit.
