We’re seeking a Human Resources Projects Intern to join our team and help us attract the best talent as we continue to expand in the quantum computing sector, ideally to start in September.Alongside the HR routine, you’ll also play a pivotal role in managing and developing our internship program, developing our Well-being initiatives, and help in the internal communication to engage employees.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for interns and junior profiles, from job posting to offer stage
- Lead and support the internship campaign, including planning, sourcing strategy, and candidate pipeline management in colaboration with hiring managers
- Handle HR administrative processes related to recruitment and onboarding (internship agreements, HRIS updates – Lucca, registrations, etc.)
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement:
- Support and execute internal communication initiatives to ensure consistent and engaging communication across the company
- Create and manage content to promote HR initiatives, company culture, and key updates
- Ensure visibility and adoption of HR programs and initiatives internally
HR Projects (Well-being & EVP)
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of well-being initiatives
- Support the development and structuring of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and engagement
- Analyze feedback (e.g., surveys, informal insights) to recommend actionable improvements
- You are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement
- Seeking a 6-month end-of-study or gap-year internship.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment through internships or academic projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online recruiting platforms and social media.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret the data and translate insights into an real action plan.
