We are looking for an experienced Senior Revenue Operations Manager to lead and scale the operating engine behind our growing global commercial organisation. You will lead an existing team covering commercial data, reporting, systems and process implementation, while taking ownership of pipeline, forecasting, sales process and the commercial technology roadmap. You will define the longer-term direction and priorities for Revenue Operations, ensuring the function has the operating model, capabilities, systems and governance required to support global commercial growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines commercial judgement with strong data, process and technology expertise.
Revenue Operations

Act as a senior advisor to Commercial leadership on pipeline health, sales capacity, operational effectiveness, systems priorities and organisational readiness.
Commercial Systems & Data

Optimise CRM workflows, data governance and commercial reporting by establishing functional standards, controls and priorities that improve data quality, usability and commercial decision-making.

Build and execute a 2-3 year integrated commercial technology roadmap across CRM, CLM, Finance, Technical, Capacity Planning and other core platforms.

Provide accurate, timely RevOps data inputs for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, establishing clear ownership, controls and quality standards across the Revenue Operations team.
Performance & Insight

Lead complex cross-functional initiatives that improve commercial planning, sales execution, data quality, forecasting and organisational scalability.

Provide Revenue Operations input into annual and longer-term commercial planning, including capacity, resource, technology and implementation requirements.
