Join Us at the Forefront of Quantum Computing Innovation 🚀Â
As Quandela delivers quantum computers to industrial, public and sovereign customers, structured quality processes and well-governed knowledge have become strategic. We are creating a Quality & Knowledge Specialist role to help build these foundations.Â
Reporting to the COO, you will work on two complementary topics. First, you will help design and deploy the processes and methodology needed to achieve our target certifications. Second, you will structure, organize and bring to life the company's knowledge, so that information is reliable, easy to find, and securely shared. You will work with all teams: R&D, engineering, manufacturing, software, operations, business functions...Â
Your Key Responsibilities
Quality management & certificationÂ
- Contribute to building and deploying the quality management framework required for certification (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 or equivalent frameworks)
- Map, formalize and document key processes with the teams, and help make them practical and adopted
- Drive the certification project with your manager: gap analysis, action plan follow-up, internal audits, and preparation of external audits
- Monitor quality KPIs, non-conformities and corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvementÂ
Knowledge managementÂ
- Help define and implement the knowledge management approach: information architecture, taxonomy, naming conventions and documentation standard
- Structure and organize data and documentation across teams so that knowledge is reliable, up to date and easy to find
- Animate the knowledge community: train and support teams, share good practices and encourage knowledge sharingÂ
Tools & access governanceÂ
- Administer the knowledge and documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, Notion, SharePoint), and benchmark new solutions when relevant
- Implement and maintain access rights governance: roles, permissions and regular reviews, in line with security and confidentiality requirements
- Work with IT and Security teams to ensure tools and practices meet certification and customer requirementsÂ
- Master's degree in engineering, quality management, information management or equivalent
- 3 + years of experience in quality management, process improvement or knowledge management
- Hands-on involvement in at least one certification project (ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or similar)
- Good knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
- Process mapping and documentation skills
- Hands-on experience with collaborative or knowledge management tools (Confluence, Sharepoint...)
- Structured and rigorous, with a pragmatic approach: processes must help teams, not slow them down
- Strong pedagogy and ability to work with scientific and technical profiles
- Autonomous and proactive, eager to take on ownership in a fast-growing scale-upÂ
- Competitive salary, flexible based on your experience
- Profit-sharing & company savings plan
- 100% health coverage (Alan)
- 50% transport reimbursement or sustainable mobility bonus
- Meal vouchers (Swile), Gymlib fitness support
- Childcare assistance & referral bonuses (€1,000–€2,000)
What we offer:
- A meaningful role with real ownership, from day one
- A team eager to collaborate and grow with you
- A hybrid work model (3 days/week onsite in Massy, 1 day in Paris, 1 to 2 days remotely)
- Daily exposure to the entire quantum stack — from high-level APIs to low-level firmware, and everything in between.
Process
- Talent Acquisition Interview (30')
- Hiring Manager Interview (45')
- Use Case (a live use case or one to be prepared at home and presented afterward)
