We are seeking a dedicated and solution-oriented IT Administrator (m/f/d) to manage and develop our IT infrastructure. Join our team and play an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems!
- Be the first point of contact for our Q.ANTies regarding all IT-related issues
- You will handle and resolve IT support requests in our ticketing system
- You will be responsible for setting up and managing authorization systems
- You'll handle tasks in a Microsoft Windows network and the associated infrastructure
- You will take care about the Client Management for Windows and Apple
- You'll implement and continuously develop IT security measures
- You will actively contribute to improving our internal IT service processes
Your profile
- You have completed IT-related training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or have comparable work experience
- Ideally you have first professional experience in hardware and software as well as in the administration of networks, system technology and operating systems
- You are familiar with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Ideally you gained already some experience in Microsoft M365 and Entra ID
- You’re service-oriented and have a solution-oriented approach
- You’re a team player with a high level of self-motivation
- You have good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
