La posizione
Riportando alla direzione commerciale EMEA, sarai responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale di account strategici nei settori Pubblico e R&D in Italia. Gestirai cicli di vendita complessi attorno a soluzioni IA / LLM / ottimizzazione ad alta componente tecnica.
Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team di Solutions Engineering, Prodotto e R&D, in una logica di vendita consulenziale ad alto valore aggiunto.
Missioni principali
Sviluppo commerciale & vendite dirette
- Definire ed eseguire la strategia commerciale per i settori Pubblico e R&D sul mercato italiano.
- Identificare, qualificare e convertire opportunità su account dell’Amministrazione Pubblica e Grandi Progetti di R&D.
- Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita: prospezione, discovery, proposta di valore, negoziazione, chiusura ed espansione.
- Costruire e mantenere un pipeline qualificato (deal complessi, cicli lunghi).
Relazione cliente & vendita di soluzioni complesse
- Coinvolgere interlocutori C-level, direzioni innovazione, data, IT e business.
- Comprendere le sfide di business (ROI, performance, conformità, sovranità, costi di inferenza).
- Posizionare le soluzioni CompactifAI e Singularity come leve strategiche.
- Partecipare agli incontri chiave con ruolo di trusted advisor.
Go to Market & coordinamento trasversale
- Contribuire alla strategia GTM settoriale per i mercati dell’Amministrazione Pubblica e Grandi Progetti di R&D.
- Collaborare con i team pre-vendita per definire POC, dimostrazioni e offerte.
- Riportare i feedback dei clienti per influenzare la roadmap di prodotto.
- Rappresentare Multiverse in eventi settoriali (Amministrazione Pubblica, Grandi Progetti di R&D, IA).
Profilo ricercato
Esperienza & competenza
- 5-10 anni di esperienza in vendita B2B complessa (SaaS, IA, data, cloud, software Enterprise).
- Esperienza e rete di contatti confermata nei settori dell’Amministrazione Pubblica e Grandi Progetti di R&D.
- Storico di chiusura di deal strutturanti (idealmente > 300 k€ fino a diversi M€).
- Abitudine a lavorare con cicli di vendita lunghi e multi-decisori.
Competenze chiave
- Forte capacità di vendere soluzioni tecnologiche ad alto valore aggiunto.
- Comprensione delle sfide IA, LLM, ottimizzazione, infrastruttura o data (senza essere ingegnere).
