Vi søger nu en dygtig produktionstekniker til at blive en del af vores hurtigt voksende team i produktionen i Birkerød. Oplæringen vil foregå som sidemandsoplæring. Hvad er jobbet? Dine arbejdsopgaver vil primært bestå i: Produktion med klargøring, opsætning, sammensmeltning (splidsning) og montage af avancerede optiske fibre ved brug af automatiseret produktionsudstyr. Arbejdet kræver tålmodighed, finmotorik (fingerfærdighed) og kvalitetsfokus. Montering af optiske fibre i finmekanisk fremstillede moduler. Kvalitetskontrol af de udførte samlinger. Fra visuel inspektion til computerstyret fuldautomatisk Hvem er du? Du har en teknisk baggrund eller flere års erfaring med produktion af tekniske produkter. Du er i stand til at arbejde koncentreret med opmærksomhed på detaljer. Andre forventninger til dig: Du er vant til at arbejde i et mindre team og besidder gode samarbejdsevner, men har også et højt niveau af selvstændighed i opgaveløsningen. Du er kvalitetsbevidst. Du kan arbejde struktureret og besidder en høj koncentrationsevne, tålmodighed og et godt overblik. Da vores produktion er baseret på LEAN, er erfaring med dette en fordel, men ikke et krav. Du er fortrolig med at arbejde med computer. Ansættelsen sker under Industriens Overenskomst. Jobbet er på fuld tid og på daghold med fleksible mødetider.
