To support our ambitious product milestones and eliminate scaling bottlenecks, we are seeking two dynamic, results-oriented Interim Recruiters to supercharge our R&D talent acquisition engine. In this high-impact role, you will take full operational ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our most complex, difficult-to-fill engineering roles. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and landing elite international talent across FPGA Engineering, Embedded Software/Firmware Engineering, Electrical/Hardware Engineering, and Core Software Engineering. Acting as a strategic talent advisor to our technical team leads, you will play a critical role in building the engineering infrastructure required to transition quantum computing from foundational research to data center deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Lifecycle Recruitment & Sourcing:
Execute full-lifecycle recruitment processes for complex, highly specialized R&D and engineering roles, collaborating closely with team leads from initial intake to candidate selection.
Develop and implement targeted, proactive multi-channel sourcing strategies that combine advanced headhunting, passive talent engagement, and application management.
Actively map out and tap into global talent pools within highly competitive deep-tech domains, targeting candidates from industries like semiconductors, photonics, and high-performance computing.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory:
Act as a trusted advisor to our engineering team leads, providing regular operational updates and expertise on market dynamics, candidate availability, and sourcing frameworks.
Conduct in-depth, competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates' elite technical capabilities and alignment with Qblox’s core values of ownership, accountability, and continuous change.
Guide candidates smoothly through the evaluation process, providing transparent feedback and ensuring a positive, world-class candidate experience.
