As a Talent Acquisition Manager reporting to the Head of People, you will lead a high-performing recruitment team, while implementing efficient hiring processes across all departments. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, enhancing our employer brand, and recruiting passionate individuals who align with our mission and values.

Responsibilities:- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent acquisition Specialists and an Education partnership coordinator. Create a high-performance culture, promote teamwork, and support individual growth within the team.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with your team to design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Alice & Bob’s growth objectives, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future roles.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending job offers. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Partner with the marketing team to strengthen employer branding efforts, positioning the company as an employer of choice. Lead initiatives to enhance candidate experience and engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs. Provide guidance on role requirements, hiring timelines, and market insights.
- Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Promote diversity and inclusion through inclusive hiring practices and sourcing strategies to attract a broad and diverse pool of candidates.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire). Use data insights to assess recruitment effectiveness and inform process improvements.
- Vendor and Budget Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and job boards. Oversee and monitor the recruitment budget to maximize ROI and stay within financial guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, recruiting tools, and best practices. Regularly assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and ensure the team remains competitive.
Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and high-performance recruitment in fast-paced environments. (Past experience in the deeptech industry is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
- Analytical skills to use data in decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Passion for creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Fluency in English.
Plus: Proficiency in French, background in technical recruitment, experience recruiting for the life sciences industry.
