We are seeking an Experimental Cryogenic Physicist in our Broomfield, CO,Location to support the development, integration, and operation of advanced cryogenic systems for quantum computing hardware. This is a cryogenics-focused role with strong overlap into experimental physics, requiring hands-on experience with laboratory systems, cryogenic infrastructure, device characterization, data collection, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop cryogenic systems, including refrigeration and liquefaction systems, cryostats, and cryogenic storage solutions.

Apply experimental physics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics principles to optimize cryogenic system performance in quantum systems.
YOU MUST HAVE:

Minimum 4+ years’ experience (PhD inclusive) involving one or more of the following areas: atomic physics, precision spectroscopy, optics, vacuum systems, electronics, cryogenics, or laser

$132,000 - $165,000 a year
The pay range for this role is $132,000 – $165,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
