As a Talent acquisition officer-Intern, you will
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with posting, updating and refreshing job listings on the ATS, job boards and LinkedIn, while also providing ad hoc support as needed.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment projects, closely working in a team environment with a high focus on employer brand, DEI and candidate experience.
- Keep the TA handbooks updated for best hiring practices.
- Stay informed about local and international labour rules and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related fields.
- Perfect command of English.
- Strong working knowledge Microsoft 365.
- Keen to learn applicant tracking system, use various job boards and social media (like LinkedIn recruiter).
- Hardworking, passionate and team player.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Business or related fields.
- 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in international organisations, hiring for Tech background like Machine Learning and Software engineering.
