In this position you will
- Lead the performance management process, ensuring evaluation criteria, cycles, and feedback mechanisms align with company goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to refine performance evaluation methods and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, identifying training needs and coordinating delivery.
- Support the CPO on HR operations, salary benchmarking, internal equity analysis and compensation framework implementation.
- Manage complex employee relations and collaborate on the HR strategy definition.
- Partner with leadership to provide HR advisory and policy guidance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on performance management and learning and development.
- Solid experience in HR operations, employee relations, and compensation structures.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly adaptable and proactive, able to quickly reprioritize based on evolving business needs.
- Through knowledge of Spanish labour legislation.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with strong Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, international, or startup environment.
- Previous exposure to tech companies or deep-tech industries.
- Hands-on experience managing HR processes across multiple countries, with knowledge of international labour laws.
