We are looking for a finance intern who shows willingness to learn, is curious and shows proactivity.
Responsibility:
- Compilation and preparation of documentation: Gather all necessary labor, economic and administrative legal documents related to grant justification.
- Budget Tracking: Collaborate in the follow-up of specific budgets for grant-funded projects.
- Communication with External Entities: Interact with consultants, suppliers or other financial institutions to obtain information or comply with specific requirements in tasks related to grant justification.
- Administrative-financial support: Performing financial administrative activities necessary for the proper functioning of the internal management of the department.
- Assistance in the organization of financial and legal documents.
- Participation in team meetings, internal and external. Assisting in internal financial department meetings or external meetings providing documentation and support in the preparation of required reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
- Perfect command of English.
- Analytical Skills: The task of financially justifying grants requires detailed analysis of financial data. Students will develop analytical skills to evaluate the use of funds and ensure that established objectives are met.
- Collaborator, capable of building relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
- A practical, logical thinker, resourceful, excellent attention to detail and reliable.
- Enthusiastic, flexible ability to multitask and calm under pressure.
- Communication Skills and Adaptability: The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, is important to collaborate with other team members. As well as adapting to different changes.
- Time Management and Organization: Sufficient ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, maintaining organized financial records and documents.
- Financial literacy and initiative: Demonstrate a genuine interest in learning and contributing to the department.
