We are looking for a Treasury Expert to support our ambitious growth plans and join us on our journey to expand the frontier of scientific and technological progress with quantum computers!
In this role, you will be part of our global Finance team and based in either Espoo, Finland or Munich, Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to help scale a cutting-edge deep-tech company and play a key role in building and managing our global treasury operations.
As our go-to expert for all treasury-related matters, you will ensure financial liquidity, optimize cash flow management, and support risk mitigation strategies in a fast-paced international environment.
What will I be doing?
- Oversee daily cash management and ensure liquidity across IQM’s global entities
- Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models and treasury reporting tools
- Manage banking infrastructure, relationships, and financing arrangements
- Support the execution of strategies for managing foreign exchange and interest rate risks
- Contribute to working capital optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal controls
- Collaborate with accounting and controlling teams on cash-related processes and reporting
- Support strategic initiatives such as equity funding, debt issuance, and treasury system development
What skills do I need?
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Several years of hands-on experience in corporate treasury, ideally in a multinational environment
- Familiarity with cash pooling, liquidity management, and FX risk mitigation tools
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Finnish or German is an advantage
