En tant que stagiaire en Marketing Operations, vous serez au cœur de nos actions marketing : vous contribuerez à la création de supports (merch), à la gestion de la collecte et du reporting des données, ainsi qu’à la coordination de projets et d’événements clés au sein de l’équipe.

Responsabilitiés:
- Goodies d’entreprise : Proposer de nouvelles idées de goodies, gérer la production et le stockage, et s’assurer que tout est aligné avec notre identité de marque.
- Collecte de données & reporting : Collecter les données et maintenir nos tableaux de bord d’analytics internes et externes.
- Support projets : Contribuer à différentes initiatives marketing à fort impact, notamment sur les réseaux sociaux, les achats, la production vidéo et la marque employeur.
- Coordination d’événements : Aider à la planification et à l’organisation d’événements.
- Gestion du site web : Mettre à jour les contenus et s’assurer du bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble des fonctionnalités.
- Amélioration des processus : Identifier des opportunités pour optimiser les workflows en expérimentant de nouvelles capacités liées à l’IA et en partageant les bonnes pratiques avec l’équipe.
Pré-requis:
- Vous êtes actuellement en dernière année d’études en commerce, management, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe, et disponible pour un stage de 6 mois (à partir de janvier/février).
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, avec d’excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale.
- Solides compétences digitales : familiarité avec des outils tels qu’Excel, WordPress, Google Analytics (ou équivalents).
- Première expérience ou enseignements en marketing, études de marché ou gestion de projet (par exemple : stages, projets académiques, engagements associatifs).
- Familiarité avec les outils CRM marketing.
- Esprit structuré et systématique, avec de fortes compétences organisationnelles.
- Grande attention aux détails, souci de la précision et exigence de qualité élevée pour un travail considéré comme « finalisé ».
- Capacité à bien travailler en équipe et à soutenir des projets marketing variés.
- La maitrise du Français (un plus).
