Le poste
Rattaché(e) à la direction commerciale EMEA, vous serez responsable du développement commercial de comptes stratégiques dans les secteurs Public et R&D en France. Vous piloterez des cycles de vente complexes autour de solutions IA / LLM / optimisation à forte composante technique.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Solutions Engineering, Produit et R&D, dans une logique de vente consultative à forte valeur ajoutée.
Missions Principales
Développement commercial & ventes directes
- Définir et exécuter la stratégie commerciale pour les secteurs Public et R&D sur les marché français.
- Identifier, qualifier et convertir des opportunités sur des comptes de l’Administration Publique et Grands Projets de R&D.
- Piloter l’intégralité du cycle de vente : prospection, discovery, proposition de valeur, négociation, closing et expansion.
- Construire et maintenir un pipeline qualifié (deals complexes, cycles longs).
Relation client & vente de solutions complexes
- Engager des interlocuteurs C-level, directions innovation, data, IT et métiers.
- Comprendre les enjeux business (ROI, performance, conformité, souveraineté, coûts d’inférence).
- Positionner les solutions CompactifAI et Singularity comme des leviers stratégiques.
- Participer aux rendez-vous clés avec un rôle de trusted advisor.
Go to Market & coordination transverse
- Contribuer à la stratégie GTM sectorielle pour les marchés de l’Administration Publique et Grands Projets de R&D.
- Collaborer avec les équipes avant-vente pour cadrer POC, démonstrations et offres.
- Remonter les retours clients afin d’influencer la roadmap produit.
- Représenter Multiverse lors d’événements sectoriels (Administration Publique, Grands Projets de R&D, IA).
Profil Recherché
Expérience & expertise
- 5-10 ans d’expérience en vente B2B complexe (SaaS, IA, data, cloud, logiciels Enterprise).
- Expérience et réseau de contacts confirmés dans les secteurs de l’Administration Publique et Grands Projets de R&D.
- Historique de closing de deals structurants (idéalement > 300 k€ à plusieurs M€).
- Habitude de travailler avec des cycles de vente longs et multi décideurs.
Compétences clés
- Forte capacité à vendre des solutions technologiques à forte valeur ajoutée.
- Compréhension des enjeux IA, LLM, optimisation, infrastructure ou data (sans être ingénieur).
- Excellentes capacités de négociation, structuration d’offres et pilotage de deals.
- Autonomie, rigueur et esprit entrepreneurial.
